Over the past 23 years, Balaji has immersed himself into the Food and Hospitality Industry, accumulating knowledge and expertise that have served as the foundation stones of Maxx. To his portfolio of laudable achievements is the extensive experience of having worked with numerous organisations, Radha Krishna Hospitality Services (RKHS) was the first of many. In this journey he has honed his skills in Commercial Food Services, gaining both practical and theoretical understanding, and bringing them together to a working success at Maxx. He is known to induce elements of innovation and excellence to all operational segments. Balaji has a post-graduate degree from Switzerland.
Mr.S. Arun Gandhi Executive Director
With experiences from across the nation and having travelled pan India, Arun brings to the team his vast knowledge of a plethora of culinary arts and styles. He is a proven leader who has held top management level positions in various organisations, contributing to moulding the future leadership of the organisations. Gaining the reputation of being highly competent at Hospitality Operations Management, he plans and execute with finesse. With over 18 years of experience, his strongholds are in the fields of Hospital, Industrial and Institutional Catering. Arun is a Hotel Management graduate who also has an MBA.

An experience spanning over 18 years with deep-rooted prowess in handling Large Scale Industrial Catering, Arun has carved a niche for himself in the industry. He has worked with reputed brands like Royal Enfield, ISS and more in the past, with most clients having established a continuing association with Maxx. The reason behind the long-lasting client partnerships is Arun’s exceptional skills in Human Relations, both interpersonal and industrial. He has gained significant expertise in various segments of the industry especially in IT Food Courts, Institutional & Industrial Catering. What sets him apart is his drive for innovation at every level which has exponentially aided in the growth of the organisation and continues to do so. Arun has a Masters in Hospitality Management.
Ramkumar R Chief Operating Officer
Ramkumar brings to the table 23 years of experience in Global Catering Operations and Customer Service Management. He has rich knowledge in driving critical assignments with proficiency in running successful method-oriented operations. He is also known for his expertise in bringing about business excellence through his adept means of process improvements across various sectors. Having held multiple positions, from Trainee to CEO, he has climbed the ladder with sheer diligence and has worked top MNCs both in Dubai and India. Ramkumar has to credit a Guinness World Record with Chef K Damodaran for ‘The Longest Cooking Marathon’ in 2010.
